How to Set Extra Fee

You can set extra fee easily using UdyogX.

Stepwise Guide

  1. Log in to the software by entering your username and password.
  2. On the left sidebar, hover over Student. A submenu will appear. Hover over Fee Settings, then from the next submenu, click on Fee Settings.
  3. A page will open. Scroll down to the section Type of Fee Taken. Click on Add Row, enter the fee name, and from the dropdown menu, select which students will pay the fee (All, New, or Old).
  4. On the left sidebar, hover over Student again. A submenu will appear. Hover over Fee Settings, then from the next submenu, click on Fee Structure.
  5. Enter the amount for the newly added fee and click on Save.
