Stepwise Guide

Log in to the software entering your username and password.

  1. Go to "Settings" in Exam

  2. Make Changes as per your Requirement

    1CategoryLead category means the category in which you are entering a lead, such as when you make a direct call to a client and categorize it as a direct call. Whenever you make a new lead entry, you will select the appropriate category, such as direct call, and proceed with the entry. Similarly, whenever you enter a new lead, whatever category you select will be referred to as the lead category.

    2Default Lead ProductWhen a company contacts a new customer, they will enter the information into the lead management system. During this entry process, there is an option to select the product name (the item being sold) from a dropdown menu. The term "Default Lead Product" refers to the situation where a product is pre-selected in the dropdown menu. This pre-selected product name will remain displayed until another product is selected.

    3Default Lead Contact ModeIf a company contacts a new customer, we will create an entry to indicate the method of communication (e.g., phone call, email, direct visit, WhatsApp, etc.).

    Example: Call, Email, Direct Visit, WhatsApp, Other
    4ProgressIndicates the method of communication used with the client. Select from dropdown:

    5Standard Reponses"Standard Responses" are predefined/template replies used for inquiries or feedback to ensure consistency and save time.

    Example entries: Client Not Interested, Call Back, Existing Client (comma separated)
    6Lead ReferenceUsed to mention the person who referred the client.

    Example: Rajesh referred you to the school principal — enter 'Rajesh'.
    7Lead Pre Notification DaysRefers to the number of days in advance a lead should be notified before a scheduled event or activity. Helps boost engagement and planning.
    8Columns in Lead ReportSelect the column names you want displayed in the lead report.
    9Lead Thanksgiving SMSSelect Yes/No to confirm whether a Welcome SMS should be sent after a new lead entry.
    10Thanksgiving SMS Template IDTemplate ID of the lead thanksgiving SMS to be sent.
    11Thanksgiving SMS TemplateTemplate/Content of the lead thanksgiving SMS to be sent.
    12Lead Followup Reminder SMSSelect Yes/No if a follow-up reminder SMS should be sent to the person handling the lead.
    13Lead Followup SMS Template IDTemplate ID of the lead reminder SMS to be sent.
    14Lead Assignment SMSSelect Yes/No if an assignment SMS should be sent to the person assigned the lead.
